Who we are

My name is Jason Lafferty and I’m the founder of RV Park Pros. I got my start in about 5 years ago and currently own multiple parks across Texas and Oklahoma.

When I realized RV Parks was a lucrative asset class with great upside potential, I got to tinkerin' and dug deep into the mechanics of how they work from the ground up.

I built my first park from raw land pretty much by myself. Just took out a loan and figured it out as I went.

Along the way I picked up the skills, tools, and certifications I needed to make any park a winner.

Even started my own construction company for RV Parks and have several projects under development.

But what I love most is optimizing all the operations and systems that keep parks humming.

Marketing, sales, onsite service, and retention... Those 4 areas, when you get them dialed in, will give you the biggest bang for your buck in terms of ROI.

And that’s what we focus on with RV Park Pros.

It’s the property management company I couldn’t find when I wanted someone to take care of my parks for me…

So I just built one for myself to do exactly what I knew needed to be done...
